JUNO nominee and multiple Maple Blues "Horn Player of the Year" winner, Alison Young's sextet plays an energetic, soulful, New Orleans-flavoured combo of hard bop, soul jazz, and old school rhythm & blues. Alison brings an all star band of Toronto's best musicians, playing a mix of her originals and arrangements of standards.
