50 Films. Gala Music Doc & Live Concert. Events and Filmmaker Q&A’s. February 23-28, 2024

The 13th Annual Belleville Downtown DocFest will combine in-theatre film screenings at three venues, our live gala film and concert at the Empire Theatre in Downtown Belleville along with our complete Virtual Festival to allow anyone, anywhere in Ontario, to enjoy our unique film festival experience.

ABOUT THE FESTIVAL
DocFest is a documentary film festival focusing on human rights, social/environmental justice and arts & culture issues.
In Person Screenings and Events
February 23-25, 2024.
In-person films are listed on the schedule from February 23-25, 2024.
DocFest passes for the in-person February 23-25 weekend provide access to all films and events on a first come first served basis.
Rush seats may be available after all pass holders have been seated at the door (cash only, prices as indicated in schedule).

Virtual Festival, Online Screenings February 25-28, 2024

For the virtual festival you can directly access films for streaming at home using the Virtual Festival platform from February 25-28, 2024.
We have unlimited “virtual seats” for each of our films, so you do not need to make reservations in order to be able to use your Festival Pass.
If you want to receive a reminder when a film is available, reserving is a good way to make sure you don’t miss any of your must-sees.
All screenings will be available for a 3-day window and you’ll have 24 hours to watch a film once you’ve started viewing it.
