Mexican-Canadian Paco Luviano hails from a family of musicians and is the son of legendary performer Macario Luviano. He has been frequently called and performed for global and hybrid music projects with such international artists as: Jane Bunnett, Hilario Duran/Ignacio Berroa, Filó and Celso Machado, Liona Boyd featuring Al Di Meola, Cruzao featuring Randy Brecker, Cimarron with Paquito D’Rivera, Hendrik Meurkens, Faris Amine, and the Hutsul Planet – a Ukrainian project which features the National Symphony Orchestra of Ukraine, among others.
