About Belly Dancing with Jenica

A fun, energetic & inclusive dance class.

Jenica will lead the class through an infusion of Egyptian style Belly Dancing & Bhangra. You'll learn about posture, arm & hip movements and various shimmies.

This activity is perfect for all body types and levels of fitness. It aims to increase confidence and a community that empowers each other. This is an inclusive environment dedicated to dance.
What to wear: We suggest anything easy to move in that makes you feel confident! Have fun with your clothing choices.

What to bring: a water bottle, long scarf, and positive attitude.

Mondays. April 22nd, 29th, May 6th & May 13, from 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM. This 4-week program is $60 per participant.

This program is aimed at adults however Ages 16 & 17 are welcome if accompanied by an adult.
