You're Invited: Bridging Communities Exhibition Opening Reception

QAC Cultural Hub | 36 Bridge Street East, Belleville

Join us at the Quinte Arts Council Cultural Hub for the opening reception of Bridging Communities, a powerful and vibrant exhibition led by Belleville-based mixed media artist Emebet Belete. Known internationally for her captivating work and deeply respected for her ongoing commitment to arts advocacy and community engagement across Eastern Ontario, Belete brings her vision to life in this latest collaborative project.

Bridging Communities features large-scale, weather-tested crochet installations created with the help of dozens of dedicated volunteers. Suspended from ceiling to floor, these colourful, textile-based works reflect not only artistic skill but also the strength of community connection.
