About Canada Summer Jobs funding
Nonprofits qualify for 100% wage subsidy
The CSJ program provides a 100% wage subsidy to allow nonprofits and charities to hire young people each Summer. Employers can apply for funding until January 10, 2024. Some of the focus areas for this year’s funding include: the disability community, Black, Indigenous, racialized and 2SLGBTQIA+ youth, youth in rural, remote and minority language communities and environmentally-focused jobs.
