About Community Mural - The Great Unveiling!
The Quinte Arts Council Community Mural Mosaic will be unveiled in downtown Belleville Tuesday, June 2nd at 11:00am!
This large-scale Community Mural Mosaic is a stunning collaborative installation made up of 4,000 individually painted tiles by people across Canada, with 150 tiles created by our local community members. Each piece tells a story—coming together to form a powerful and colourful reflection of our shared creativity and connection.

We’ve seen incredible enthusiasm from participants at every level—two full classrooms, including a kindergarten and a Grade 5 class, alongside professional artists and community members who simply wanted to be part of something big. That collective energy is what makes this project so meaningful. Installed at the vibrant corner of Front Street and Pinnacle Street, the mural will not only transform the space but stand as a lasting symbol of collaboration, belonging, and the creative spirit that defines Belleville and the Bay of Quinte.”
