About DOCFEST ~ Filmmaker Panel Discussion
Quinte Arts Council (QAC) proudly sponsors the Filmmaker Panel. This is the community’s opportunity to hear more about these incredible documentary filmmakers and participate in a live Q&A session.
The panel will feature:

Victor Cooper ~ "The Local" (showing Sat, Feb 24th, 5:30 pm at The Pinnacle Playhouse)
This year’s Belleville Downtown DocFest is welcoming a number of renowned filmmakers and special guests. Our DocFest weekend pass holders are invited to a special Filmmaker Panel Discussion.
