About Fempowerment

The Quinte West Youth Centre invites youth ages 12–18 who identify as girls, young women, or with feminine experiences to join Fempowerment, a six-week program focused on self-confidence, friendship, and mutual support in a safe, inclusive space. Fempowerment will be lead by our lovely Loyalist College placement student Sara! Each night there will be a talk, and activity - a craft, a journal exercise, group discussion or visit from a local community partner!

🕓 Wednesdays, 4:30 – 6:30 p.m.
📍 Quinte West Youth Centre, 2 Wooler Road, Trenton

An optional dinner will be provided afterwards.
