Cynthia Garside is an abstract expressionist artist and creativity coach whose work explores the emotional interplay of colour, light and shadow. With a background in interior design and a passion for the transformative energy of paint, she uses acrylics, mixed media, and intuitive mark-making to express movement, texture, and the human experience.

‘Life's journey is rarely a straight line. The paths we travel twist, turn, and often diverge in unexpected ways. Yet, within each of us lies a compass—our intuition, inner knowing, and guiding light—always pointing us toward home. This work explores the process of reconnecting with that inner guidance, trusting it to lead us back to our authentic selves, and finding our way to the stillness at the center of who we are.
