About Friday Morning Dance

Warm up Friday morning with an eclectic dance fitness class.

Nia is a barefoot dance fitness practice that combines elements of modern dance, martial arts and healing arts. This program is all about fun, movement and inclusivity. It’s appropriate for all ages and fitness levels and fuses many dance styles and mindfulness practices with an eclectic mix of music to promote strength, flexibility, agility and mind-body connection. This is a dance fitness class for everyone! All ages & all fitness levels welcome.

Fridays. March 22, April 5, 12, 19, 26, May 3, & 10, from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM. (No class on March 29)

This 7-week class is $77 per person. Tickets for individual classes will be available closer to class start date.
