The 35 member Hastings County Concert Band will perform a fundraising concert for Grace Inn Shelter on Saturday August 19, at 7:00 P.M. at Maranatha Church, 100 College Street W. Belleville ON.
This group is the newest community concert band in Canada and as a not-for-profit ensemble of talented local musicians they perform dynamic and entertaining concerts featuring a wide variety of music. The Inspiration of Music Concert will feature movie music from Star Trek and James Bond, Broadway hits from Mamma Mia and Grease, marches and other fun pieces to get your toes tapping, the band plays it all. This performance will feature vocalist Sara Gray singing Blue Moon, Girl from Ipanema and hits from ABBA.
The concert is FREE with donations going to Grace Inn Shelter for the homeless in Belleville.
