About Opening Reception for the Late Summer Show
Gallery 121 at 48 Bridge St. East in Belleville invites you to attend our “Late Summer Show”, Aug. 27th - Nov. 2nd. We are delighted to have two Guest Artists joining the Members of the Gallery to present their inspiring art. Bob Pennycook, a mixed media artist, will join us from Tweed to present his mystical and enchanting, real and imagined landscape paintings as well as Liz Schell, from Kingston, Ontario, who is well known for her whimsical dolls and her carved, curved, painted and re-assembled wood creations such decorative boxes, planters and tables.
The Featured Member Artist for this Show is Ann Fales. Ann is a known locally and internationally by many Fiber Art Communities. Ann finds her inspiration from the fabric as she runs it through her hands and fingers. She then “surrenders to the ebb and flow of the threads” as she designs her masterpieces.
