Artists will have a paint off in Downtown Belleville!

The winner will get $200!

For two hours artists will compete to paint the best scene of Downtown Belleville within the street enclosure!

Open to all but artists participating in Quinte en Plein Air have the ticket price included as part of their registration.

Easels will be provided for artists not taking place in Quinte En Plein Air.
