CLASSES EVERY THURSDAY FROM 10:30AM TO 11:30 AM
Free Parkinson's Dance classes offered at Quinte Ballet School every Thursday from 10:30 to 11:30am at 196 Palmer Road, Belleville. These creative movement classes with music are designed for people living with Parkinsons and mobility issues. All levels and abilities welcome. Dancers are asked to bring indoor shoes to wear in the ballet studio. Research studies show that dance can improve strength, flexibility, motor skills, balance, cognitive functions like memory and multi-tasking.
