About Quinte en Plein Air 2022

Now in its 7th year, the QAC’s Plein Air (“paint in the open air”) Festival is a four-day festival and juried competition where artists leave their studios behind to paint beautiful images of that which make Belleville unique. Art-loving visitors experience the downtown amenities and watch the creative process unfold through engaging public art demonstrations. The Quinte En Plein Air festival gives artists a chance to win up to $5000 in prizes and have their work displayed at the J.M. Parrott Gallery for the month of June!
