About Quinte Film Alternative presents OUT STANDING
Based on the book OUT STANDING IN THE FIELD by Captain Sandra Perron, a riveting performance by Nina Kiri reveals the costs of being a pioneer. As Canada’s first female infantry officer, Perron’s peacekeeping role in 1995’s Croatia tested her limits of loyalty, sacrifice, courage and resilience. Upon returning to Canada, her abrupt resignation launched a relentless and revelatory military investigation.
