About Rise: Because We Are Equal
Rise: Because We Are Equal is an annual show hosted at the QAC culture hub.
Grand Opening/ Meet the Artists- March 7th from 4-6pm! With a special performance by Jeanette Arsenault!
This exhibition is a collaborative show designed to celebrate women artists. It is held in march to highlight International Women's Day and celebrate all month long!
2024's International Women's Day theme is"Inspire Inclusion". This underlines how when we inspire others to understand and value women's inclusion, we forge a better world. And when women themselves are inspired to be included, there's a sense of belonging, relevance, and empowerment. Collectively, let's forge a more inclusive world for women.
Rise: Because We Are Equal opens Thursday March 7th at the QAC Cultural Hub and runs until March 29th 2024.
