About Scarecrow Festival
The Department of Illumination presents Prince Edward County’s twelfth annual Scarecrow Festival on Thanksgiving weekend. Come make your very own scarecrow to take home with all supplies provided for $40.
All proceeds benefit The Department of Illumination, a not-for-profit arts organization celebrating their 10th anniversary this year.
The annual Scarecrow Festival has become one of the County’s most beloved events of the season. Come one, come all, for a creative outing the whole family can enjoy! Rain or shine.
