About Science at the Symphony

Music is an art, a language, and a science as well! On Sunday, November 5, 2023 at 2:30 p.m. at Kingston Grand Theatre, discover how music and science come together by learning about vibration, harmony, resonance, and so much more in the Kingston Symphony's "Science at the Symphony" concert. With an afternoon of fantastic music and props galore, it is going to be fun for everyone. Did we mention that Maestro Evan is cooking up some terrific experiments to show on stage? A word of warning - there may be a quiet explosion or two!

"Ever since I've come to the Kingston Symphony, shows for young people have been a priority," says Kingston Symphony Music Director, Evan Mitchell.  "I'm delighted that we'll be performing several fun family concerts in the 2023-2024 season, including a great one on November 5. It's a show for all ages, so bring your family and friends, because you're in for an exciting afternoon."
