About The Art of Paper & Print: Exploring Journal Making using Repurposed Materials with Lucy Sterezylo

Guided by artist facilitator Lucy Sterezylo over four weeks, you’ll experiment with various page-making techniques including repeat pattern printmaking, paste painting, as well as paper sewing and weaving. Each session will build on the last, culminating in the creation of your own one-of-a-kind journal. In the final week, you will assemble your pages, design a unique collaged cover, and bind your journal to make a functional, artistic keepsake. Whether used for sketching, journaling, or recording life’s little moments, your handmade book will be a reflection of your creative expression.

No prior experience is necessary—all materials will be provided, though participants are welcome to bring personal
ephemera to enhance their project. This workshop is ideal for those looking to connect with art-making in a sustainable and personal way.

Mondays. 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM

February 3, 10, 24 & March 3 (skipping Family Day)

$125 per person, includes materials.
