About The Dining Room
Come join us at the Pinnacle Playhouse for the Belleville Theatre Guild’s upcoming production “The Dining Room” by A.R. Gurney.
This play takes place in the dining room of a well-to-do household of the 1980’s, once the centre of family life and now neglected. The action is comprised of a series of interrelated scenes, some hilarious, others touching and thoughtful, all connected to the overall theme of the the dining room.
Six actors portray a wide variety of characters from children to grandparents, teenagers to hired staff, changing roles, personalities and ages. A fast paced tour de force for actors and pure enjoyment for the audience.
