Are you passionate about the arts and dedicated to making a difference in your community? Quinte Arts Council is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Program Director.

You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing our annual program strategy, fostering strategic partnerships, and engaging with our diverse community of artists, members, and supporters. From organizing exciting events to crafting compelling marketing campaigns, this role offers a unique opportunity to showcase your creativity and make a meaningful impact in the arts sector.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Planning and implementing engaging programs and events.
Managing communications and social media presence.
Developing membership development strategies.
Supporting fundraising efforts and donor recognition.

Qualifications:

A University Degree or College Diploma in a relevant field.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience in program administration, fundraising, or marketing is an asset.
