About Youth Course: Acrylic Painting with Angela Jane Lavender

Join Angela Jane Lavender for this exciting new course for youth on painting with acrylics! Students will complete a work on large canvases over the the 4 weeks.
Participants will learn how to paint with acrylics using a reference image provided by the instructor. Skills learned will include: how to scale images onto canvas, how to build-up layers, and how to make dynamic and interesting compositions. Through instruction and exercises, students will complete a large canvas over the course of 4 weeks, and will come away with a greater understanding of how to paint with acrylics. No experience necessary, all materials provided!
